1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Raion Hub (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
2.Use of the Service
You may use the Service only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using any method other than the interfaces provided.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any feature, with or without notice.
3.Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4.Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the interval you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in these terms.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to the new fees.
5.Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Raion Tech and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
6.Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
- Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
7.Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the in-app account-deletion controls.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raion Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9.Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raion Tech is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
